Runners Support

Runners who have purchased a runners support package can request a refund under the following conditions :

• Allowed up to 1 week prior to race day
• Subject to a 5% admin fee
• The refund will be processed via our payment portal to your original payment choice and will take up to 10 days to reflect.

Supporters

Supporters who have purchased a supporters package can request a refund under the following conditions :

• Send an email to info@consports.co.za
• Subject to a 5% admin fee
• Email to be sent prior to 31st May 2025
• The refund will be processed via our payment portal to your original payment choice and will take up to 10 days to reflect.
